This is an ALL inclusive office space inside Suite D; which includes power, water, sewer, wireless internet and hardwired internet. Space is furnished; but, we will gladly remove any furnishings you do not wish to use. Two desk, 2 chairs, table with lamp, and 2 guest chairs are the furnishings. In the back of the Suite and to the left is the breakroom equipped with microwave, settee and full size refrigerator. Across from break room are his and her restrooms. 25 parking spaces in front and 25 parking spaces in back; where employees normally park. We will accept a 6, 9, 12 or higher month lease. We require OUR rental application along with a $40 cash fee. If approved; must be able to pay security deposit of 1 months rent within 2 business days and sign the lease within 30 days. Thanks!
