This suite is D2 and comes furnished with 2 desk and chairs and table with lamp. All suites come with power, water, sewer, and wireless internet. A breakroom is located in back of unit for everyone to use and has a full size refrigerator and microwave for your use. Across from the breakroom are the his and her restrooms. We require a $40 cash application fee along with application; once approved; must pay security deposit of $400 by cashiers check or money order within 2 business days of being approved.
